Started by Yarra Valley chef Dave Walsh to celebrate his love of food. Dave is an internationally experienced chef whose passion is fresh, ethically sourced produce and modern street food. He has travelled the world finding inspiration on beaches in Sri Lanka, on the streets of Italy and in the villages of Pakistan. Since 2013 we have been cooking up our smokey BBQ using free range meats, local ingredients and fresh flavours in our food truck. We now also have a permanent base in our neighbourhood at 14 Main St, Upwey. We are open for dine in, takeaway and functions and the Truck is available for all kinds of catering
