Diamond Hill Catering is a catering business based in Kurrajong Hills in the Blue Mountains region of New South Wales. Though newly established as a company, its qualified staff bring a combined 60-plus years in hospitality, having worked in and run a number of well-regarded hotel, restaurant and function-centre kitchens. The business, led by Andreas Froemel, caters weddings, corporate events and social and private functions, with services spanning fully catered BBQ feasts, buffet or alternate-style menus for weddings and functions, and drop-off packs for entertaining at home or in a park.
