CHAPA is a boutique catering company based in Enmore, serving Sydney and greater New South Wales. Established in 2015 by Florencia Vazquez and Clayton Debattista, the family-run business is known for a kitchen powered entirely by fire, drawing on traditional Argentinean open-flame cooking techniques.
