Bertino Brothers Mobile Food is an Italian wood-fired pizza food truck serving Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. The team caters weddings, engagements, birthdays, private events and corporate functions, cooking gourmet pizzas and focaccias to order from the truck. Wedding bookings include a buffet-style service, with rosemary and oregano focaccia, garlic focaccia and a rotating range of gourmet pizza flavours. Packages can be customised to the couple's event, and eco-friendly plates and napkins are included as standard for every booking.
