Barbicrew is a Brazilian barbecue restaurant and catering business with stores in Caringbah and Bondi, and a Brisbane location planned. The business was founded by chef Jose Santos, who was born in Brasilia and has spent twenty years cooking in Sydney kitchens, including a stint at Wildfire restaurant and helping create the barbecue kitchen at The Grounds. Barbicrew has served the Sydney and wider New South Wales region for more than ten years, catering private, corporate and wedding events with fire-roasted meat feasts, vegetarian and vegan platters, generous salads, house-made sauces and Brazilian side dishes, plus customisable menus.
