Our Pizza dough is hand made 2 days prior to your event which is part of our 48 hour fermentation process. By allowing our dough to take its time, our Napoli style pizza is far easier for the body to digest. Not to mention delicious! Our rustic Pizza cart set up is a show stopper from the rustic recycled timber, to the traditional clay pizza oven and assorted fresh herbs in Pizza sauce tins!
