A Van Called Delilah

A Van Called Delilah is a vintage-style food truck based in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, appearing at markets, breweries and festivals from Bowral to Bundanoon and further afield across the South Coast, southern Sydney and Canberra. It is run by Delilah & Co Catering under chef Greer Worsley, who bought the van in 2018 after years in restaurants and as a recipe developer and food photographer. The menu centres on pulled pork, spiced brisket and haloumi buns with sides and sweets, prepared on site and served within half an hour of arrival. For weddings, the truck caters receptions, pre-wedding parties and recovery brunches.
