Glo Gelato is an artisan gelato maker based on Lygon Street in Carlton, Melbourne. Each flavour is made from its own base rather than added to a vanilla mix, using traditional Italian methods to produce a smooth, dense result. Alongside gelato served by the cone, cup or jar, the business also makes gelato cakes and gelato bowls, and offers a gelato cart for functions and celebrations, bringing the same small-batch approach to guests at an event.
