Quirky but stylish, The Travelling Bar was a old school caravan, Completely renovated and fitted with NZ Kauri timber wrap-around bar. Perfect for your next special event. The Travelling Bar is a family business – A mother and daughter who stumbled across The Travelling Bar and decided it was the creative, side hustle that they had been searching for. The mother and daughter duo are professional, polite and friendly and always treat your event like one of their own. The daughter has over 15 years experience in business and event management and according to her grandmother, arranged a whole royal visit on her own. (I was part of the team who organised the Tasmanian leg of the first official visit of HRH Crown Prince Frederik and HRH Crown Princess Mary.) The mother has always had creative flair and wanted to do fashion design at uni. Her dream is to work with flowers. At this stage The Travelling Bar is a non-licensed vehicle, which means all beverages that you wish to serve must be provided yourself. For everything else, you can trust our friendly bar staff who will ensure all the serving, pouring and cleaning is taken care of. The important stuff: All our staff have current RSA certificates. We always arrive early to ensure we are set up and ready with time to spare. We wear uniforms but if you want us to come formal we can.
