Flossy is a mobile cocktail bar that garnishes drinks with hand-spun fairy floss, founded in Byron Bay in 2020. The business now services Sydney, Wollongong, the Hunter Valley and South East Queensland, working with both licensed and BYO venues. Two cart styles are offered, a modern Vanilla Flossy and a moody Merlot Flossy, with floss flavours such as roasted marshmallow, salted caramel, Davidson plum and lemon, and lychee and raspberry, available gluten-free, vegan and alcohol-free. The bar is commonly used for cocktail hour or for pre- and post-ceremony welcome drinks.
