We’ve often times found ourselves fighting back tears while we’re shooting our couple’s weddings. Before you roll your eyes at what I just said, give me a chance to explain… You’re sharing with us one of the most precious moment of your lives. We’re there for the laughs, the tears, the hugs with friends and family you don’t see often enough. We see the nerves in the morning. The deep breaths before walking down the aisle. The vows that start steady and end a little shaky. You share your speeches…your thanks to your parents, the ones who sacrificed everything for you. You’re fighting back tears as you tell them over your speeches how grateful you are for everything they’ve done for you. And as you dance with Dad for your father daughter dance, you both can’t help but cry uncontrollably. And we’re there for all of it. In you sharing all of that with us, all that vulnerability, your story, your raw candid love…we genuinely end up caring so damn much for you. We’ll try not to scare you off just yet but saying we’ll “fall in love” with you :D And that care is something we have for all our couples, no matter how big or small the wedding is. In that care, you’ll find that we pour our everything into you, and your film. We genuinely want to capture all those precious moments so you can hold onto them forever. We want to create something amazing for you. We want to create something that you’ll rewatch 40 years from now. Something for you to remember how it all felt.
