Rylstone Olive Press is an olive oil producer located in the Central Tablelands of New South Wales, operating a cellar door called The Press at 25 Mossy Rock Lane, Monivae NSW 2850. They produce and sell extra virgin olive oils under The Rylstone Range, including several named varieties available in bottles and tins. The cellar door is open Friday to Sunday, 10am to 3pm.
