Max's Restaurant is the Mornington Peninsula's original winery restaurant, founded in 1994 by Max Paganoni at 53 Shoreham Road, Red Hill South, Victoria. It offered a relaxed, seasonal dining experience with views over the vineyard, a produce-led set menu shaped by local farmers and foragers, and over 30 years of hospitality on the Peninsula. The restaurant has now permanently closed following the passing of its founder.
