I started Butter and Sage in 2021 when I was longing for something that gave me a creative outlet. After years of making cakes for friends and family, and with a big push from my hubby, I decided to take the plunge and see if I could turn my passion into a business. I'm a wife to the amazing Ben and have 3 beautiful children, and I'm a self-taught cake designer, with over 10 years experience in a local chocolatier cafe, who has/continues to spent hours watching YouTube tutorials and than creating cakes from the techniques that I have learnt.
