The Venue By Graze at Fitzroy Falls is nestled in Morton National Park, featuring a 200 sqm space with polished concrete floors, timber ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling windows surrounded by Australian bushland and cascading waterfalls. The venue seats up to 120 guests for formal dining or 140 for cocktail-style events, with high-speed internet, a projector and PA system, and wheelchair access. Chef Director Richard Robinson and his team provide bespoke catering using locally sourced Southern Highlands ingredients, handling everything from menu planning to table settings.
