Just wanted to send a very big thankyou to yourself and my team in creating my dream wedding dress! The dress was exactly what I had dreamed of and worked out better than I ever could have expected. I had an amazing experience getting my wedding dress at Bridal House Geelong. I was feeling scared that I wouldn’t find the dress I was looking for a wedding at the beach but the staff were amazingly helpful. They rushed to have everything ready for me since my wedding was in less than 2 weeks but they did everything to make me feel good and to not stress. I totally recommend you getting your wedding dress here and BELIEVE ME! You wont regret!!! Staff went above and beyond to assist with finding the perfect gown for me , so very friendly and helpful as an older 2nd time bride they made me feel special - the ladies that took care of alterations listened and gave honest feedback and again nothing was too much trouble They made my day perfect Wonderful service and got the dress of my dreams :) My daughter found her perfect graduation dress and the service was outstanding! Would highly recommend! Anna and the team were excellent from start to finish. My sister and I were both engaged at the same time, so we had the wonderful experience of trying on dresses together- Anna got our mum on video call so she could share part of it! I returned a week later and purchased a perfect Martina Liana bridal gown. I was getting married with reletively short notice, and the Bridal House team were very open about what was possible given my time frame. The minimal alterations were completed promptly and I felt absolutely wonderful on our big day. Thank you so much!
