We are super particular about our sourcing, and work with like minded suppliers to find not only local / seasonal ingredients, but ethically grown too. Radish is the first caterer in Australia to achieve BCorp certificatino. We are also 100% carbon neutral, and on a journey to zero waste in our whole operation (currently sending less than 8% of all our waste to landfill).
