The Brumby Bar is a family owned and operated business located in the beautiful Hunter Valley and is the 2021,2022 and 2023 Wedding Industry award winner for BEST mobile bar in the hunter /Newcastle region! When you book with the Brumby Bar, we aim to create an experience for you and your guests. We offer a can and bottle service… sorry no beer taps! We are a BYO service, which means you provide the alcohol, which allows you to control your drinks list and budget. We provide a unique take on a mobile bar service (we are not the typical cutsie caravan bar) but we dared to be different when we designed the Brumby, which resulted in a bold statement piece which is guaranteed to add a funky and chilled vibe to your event. We now have TWO Brumbies you can choose from for your event. Our Black Brumby has the ability to serve up frozen cocktails while our White Brumby is the perfect mobile bar that can provide your guests with a barista quality coffee. So if your on the hunt for the perfect addition to your recovery brunch our White Brumby is perfect… quality coffee and Mimosa station will be guaranteed to please your tribe. Being family owned and operated you can guarantee we will go above and beyond to make sure you get the service you deserve because that’s what we have built our brand on. When you book the Brumby Bar here is what you can expect: Our statement piece “ Brumby Bar” RSA qualified staff Free delivery up to 50km from the Brumby’s home address of Neath, NSW Commercial Refrigeration Ice and Eskies (our back up system to make sure your drinks are cold!) Slushie Machine for both alcoholic and non alcoholic frozen cocktails. Fruit infused water stations Glassware ( Wine and Champagne) Our extendable wooden bar and bar stools Simple styling of the Brumby Lawn Games Set up and Pack down Rubbish removal from any bar generated rubbish. ​We also provide some optional extras, which can be added to your package, because we are all about creating the best possible experience for you and your guests! We have our “Chilled Colt” which is our mobile cool room and we highly recommend adding this to your package for those events in the warmer months! We all know our Hunter Valley summers can be HOT! Generator hire (if access to power is not available) Popcorn Machine the perfect treat for your little guests or some eco friendly popcorn confetti!!
