We know the cellar-door ceremony rhythms, vineyard reception logistics, and the local vendor network. If your venue sits anywhere between Lochinvar and Broke, we've probably driven the road.

We're based in Sydney and travel to the Hunter Valley regularly. A modest travel fee applies for all Hunter Valley bookings to cover our drive up and accommodation if needed for dawn set-ups. We'll quote the exact travel cost upfront when you book — no surprise add-ons.

Yes. From cellar-door ceremony pads and vineyard barns to the larger Hunter estates, we know the ones with the trickiest load-ins, the sunset timing, and which vendors each venue tends to pair with. If you share your venue name, we can usually walk you through the day's logistics.

Our coordination services in the Hunter start from $450 for set-up only and $950 for ceremony-only (Aisle Assist). On-the-day coordination runs $1,500 to $2,800 depending on hours, and partial planning from $3,900. Travel fee is additional and quoted upfront based on your specific venue.

9–12 months out is ideal for peak Hunter Saturdays — spring and autumn vineyard weddings fill quickly. For on-the-day coordination specifically, 4–6 months is usually enough. If your Hunter wedding is closer and your date's still open, reach out — we sometimes have flex spots through schedule shifts.
