We're based in Sydney and service the greater Sydney area — CBD, eastern suburbs, inner west, north shore, Northern Beaches, and everywhere in between. We also travel to Central Coast, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley, and South Coast for destination weddings. If you're not sure whether we cover your venue, just ask.

No travel fee for weddings inside the greater Sydney metro area. For venues outside Sydney — Central Coast, Southern Highlands, Blue Mountains, Hunter Valley — a travel fee may apply, and we'll give you the exact cost upfront. No surprise add-ons, ever.

Yes — we've coordinated weddings across the city, from CBD hotels and Botanic Gardens ceremonies to Bondi, Manly, the inner west, and Camden. If you tell us your venue, we can usually tell you the layout of the rooms, the vendor quirks, and the load-in routes. We love venue knowledge.

Our Sydney coordination services start from $450 for a 2-hour set-up, $950 for ceremony-only (Aisle Assist), and $1,500 to $2,800 for full on-the-day coordination by package length. Partial planning starts at $3,900. All prices are transparent on our services page — no quote walls.

Most couples book 6–12 months out to lock in peak Saturdays across spring and autumn. For on-the-day coordination specifically, 3–6 months is usually enough. If you're closer than that and your date is still open, get in touch — we often have spots we can flex.
