We're based in Sydney and travel to the South Coast regularly. A travel fee applies to cover our drive down and accommodation if needed for dawn set-ups — we'll quote the exact cost upfront based on your venue. No surprise add-ons, no quote walls.

Yes. From Jervis Bay white-sand ceremonies to Berry hinterland farms and Kiama headland estates, we've worked the South Coast's marquee venues. Each region has its own travel-and-access pattern, wind contingency, and local vendor network — we bring that knowledge into your runsheet from the first call.

South Coast coordination starts from $450 for set-up and $950 for ceremony-only (Aisle Assist). On-the-day coordination is $1,500 to $2,800 by package length, and partial planning from $3,900. Travel fee is additional and we quote it upfront based on your specific venue.

9–12 months out suits peak spring and summer Saturdays on the South Coast, when Jervis Bay and Berry weekends fill quickly. For on-the-day coordination specifically, 4–6 months is usually enough.
