We're based in Sydney and travel to the Blue Mountains regularly. A travel fee applies for all Blue Mountains bookings to cover our drive up and accommodation if needed for early set-ups. We'll give you the exact travel cost upfront based on your venue — no surprise add-ons.

Yes. We've worked cliff-edge ceremonies, heritage guesthouses, and valley properties across Leura, Katoomba, and Blackheath. Every Mountains venue has its own weather contingency, load-in route, and cocktail-hour timing — we know which ones need the extra plan B in your runsheet.

Coordination in the Mountains starts from $450 for set-up and $950 for ceremony-only (Aisle Assist). On-the-day coordination is $1,500 to $2,800 by package length, and partial planning from $3,900. Travel fee applies and we'll quote it upfront — no quote walls and no surprise add-ons.

9–12 months out suits peak spring and autumn Saturdays, when the Mountains are at their most editorial. For on-the-day coordination specifically, 4–6 months is usually enough. Winter and weekday weddings are often available with shorter lead times — reach out and we'll tell you what's open.
