On-the-Day Wedding Coordinator Sydney

A pre-wedding consult, a curated runsheet, unlimited communication in the lead-up, direct vendor liaison, set-up of styling elements the morning of, being the on-site point-of-contact for vendors and family, cueing the ceremony, running the timeline, basic pack-down, and an emergency on-the-day kit.

Four package lengths: $1,500 for 6 hours, $2,000 for 8 hours, $2,400 for 10 hours, and $2,800 for 12 hours. Most Sydney couples choose 8 or 10 hours — long enough to cover set-up through speeches. Vendor meals are required for 8+ hour packages.

Yes. On-the-day coordination includes setting up styling elements the morning of — place cards, menus, centrepieces, candles, signage, guestbook station — as time and venues permit. For full décor sourcing and large-scale styling, our Styled & Sorted package is a better fit.

3–6 months out is typical, but closer to the wedding is often fine if your date is still open. Peak Saturdays book out faster, especially March, April, October, and November. If your wedding is within a month, still reach out — we occasionally have spots through cancellations.
