Rhyanna Park is a private 700-acre working farm and historic double-story sandstone homestead located in Chatsbury in the Southern Tablelands of NSW, approximately 2.5 hours south-west of Sydney. The property uniquely combines farm-house charm with Georgian grandeur, featuring immaculately maintained gardens, a 22-metre lap pool, croquet lawn, and full-size tennis court. Available as an exclusive-hire venue, it can seat up to 150 guests outdoors across the croquet lawn and tennis court, and sleeps 28 guests across four on-site dwellings. The venue operates as 'venue only' hire, giving couples full flexibility to arrange their own catering, alcohol, and styling.
