Run by husband-and-wife duo Chris and Tamera Bate, we’ve swapped and turned our Chinchilla cattle property Greenacres in south-east Queensland into the home base to prepare for our smokin’ hot adventures and events with our sleek food truck. When we’re not wrangling Angus steers or chasing after the kids, you’ll find us on the road serving up slow-cooked goodness at festivals, events, and anywhere people love great food. You may even encounter us as the caterer at the next wedding you are crashing. Our beef’s the real deal — raised with care, fed right, and finished at JBS Beef City before landing on your plate with that signature Batesy’s wow factor.
