Coral Sea Marina | 22 Shingley Drive, Airlie Beach As an Italian, I may have a bit more authority when it comes to pasta, not out of arrogance, but out of love. I was instantly charmed by the location and intrigued by the name (being born in Naples myself), so I decided to stop in for lunch on a beautiful sunny morning. I ordered the Prawn & Crab Spaghetti, simply delicious, and couldn’t resist pairing it with a chilled glass of Italian white wine.After lunch, as we do back home in Naples, I had a quick espresso at the bar before heading out, and I had the pleasure of meeting Sandra, the lovely manager, who had recently visited Naples and dined in one of the most traditional trattorias in the city centre. A truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.
