​ All cake orders require a minimum order time of one week. ​ Wedding cakes can book out quickly during the popular months of March/April and October/November, so it’s best to send through an enquiry as early as possible. Other dates require less notice, however check the availability calendar above to see if your date is still available.

​ Some of our recipes can be made to suit gluten free customers, or those with other dietary requirements. ​ It must be noted that we work with flour, butter, eggs, etc all the time, so although we’re extremely careful, we can’t guarantee that the end product will be suitable for severe allergies. ​

​ Cakes are sold according to the number of “coffee” slices. These measure 1” x 1” x 5” tall and are usually served on platters with tea and coffee, or can be served on a dessert bar. ​ Dessert slices measure 2” x 1” x 5” tall and are usually served as a plated dessert. ​

​ For smaller cakes the best place to start is theonline shop. This will give you a starting idea of costs. For add ons or customised designs please enquire via thecustom cake order form. Pricing for larger cakes starts at $7 per slice and increases with complexity of the design and component costs.

​ When you collect your cake, place it flat in your air conditioned car (best on the floor, not on a car seat). ​ Once it has arrived safely at your event location, allow it to come to room temperature before eating. Any left-over cake can be stored in the fridge for 2 - 3 days. Please bring up to room temperature again before eating.

​ We recommend delivery for any cake larger than a two tiered size, all wedding cakes, or anything delicate or fragile, such as carved or 3D cakes. ​ Delivery to most Southern Highlands venues is $40 - $60, with higher costs for the outer villages and beyond. ​

​​ All orders require at least 1 weeks notice as everything is made fresh to order. ​ Orders can be collected Wednesday to Saturday. Collection times may vary depending on our delivery schedule. ​
