All images are typically delivered in 2–5 weeks, fully edited with bespoke touches. The exact timeline depends on the season and my current queue of photography projects, with all weddings prioritised by date unless the two week or under express-delivery service has been purchased.

Art files are simply images that have been enhanced further from a standard natural edit. Typically what you see on my website and Instagram are Art Files. Some look more enhanced than others. As I’m editing all your 1500+ wedding images with a natural look, every time I see an image I like I will flag it. Once finished that natural edit I will go back to all the ones I have flagged and enhance them further. That is where the different style/looks happen. Looks such as Earth Tones, Cinematic & crafted. In your gallery Art Files will be under the title Photographers Choice. An example shown at this linkhere. Please note, Crafted style is an extremely time consuming procedure. Up to one hour of editing for each image, I would only include a very small number of this style if any in your gallery and it is image specific. Not every image would suit a crafted style treatment. If you would like a few of your favourite images in a crafted style for printing and framing I would be more than happy to accomodate after you receive your images with a maximum of 4 images enhanced in a crafted style, free of charge. Past 4 images my rate is charged at $200 per hour.

Yes!! Even though there is a $1000 retainer payment to secure the date. Payments can be made either in full or in instalments of $250 every month. Once the full $1000 payment is made your day will be secured.

We figured the chances of me being able to secure one of the best videographers in the business and have them work solely under the Ben Newnam photography brand (and visa versa) would be near impossible. Absolutely! For example. If you prefer only a natural edit to your images without the higher enhance Art Files, as shown on my website, the cost is reduced by $200.

Yes! Save $200 on all Monday-Thursday wedding coverages of four hours or more and $100 on June & July weddings making a $300 saving for mid-week June or July weddings.

The most important thing is to let me know and I can hold the date for you. That way you have first option to secure the date with the payment should anyone else enquire for the same date. A retainer of $1000 is required to secure the date which can be made in instalments. The balance is to be due 2 weeks prior to your wedding.

You sure can! I offer an expedited service where you can receive your images in two weeks or less for a cost of $500. The high quality remains the same regardless if you choose two weeks or five.

Yes and no. Travel fees apply only if exceeding two hours from my Berowra office to my first location. Then it’s $50 for every 15 minutes past initial two hours, covering fuel, time & return trip. To give you an idea, two hours easily covers to Southern Highlands, Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Newcastle & Hunter Valley with no extra cost.

If you cancel your wedding booking for any reason, the retainer fee is non-refundable if I have received and declined one or more booking inquiries for another wedding on the same date due to your confirmed booking. If I secure a replacement wedding for your cancelled date, confirmed by a paid retainer from another client, I will refund your full retainer fee within 14 business days of receiving their payment. Cancellations must be sent in writing (email to ben@bnphotography.com.au or text to 0419 624 959). This policy applies to all cancellations made at any time before your wedding date.
