After 22 years in the corporate world, I found myself at a crossroads, made redundant from the only company I’d ever worked for. With no formal business experience but a heart full of resilience, I made a bold decision: “I’m going to bring tiramisu to weddings.” The spark came from an unexpected place, a radio segment on the Christian O’Connell Show listing Victoria’s top five favourite desserts. Tiramisu ranked number two. That moment planted the seed for something extraordinary. Inspired by the idea of turning a beloved dessert into a full-blown experience, I turned to my husband, a talented cabinet maker, and asked him to build not just a cart but a celebration on wheels. A way to make couples feel seen, cherished, and delighted on their big day.
