Our minimum spend to book Cornutopia is $2,160 ex GST. This covers food, staffing, setup, service and clean-up, and does not include any travel fees.
We’re based in Preston, but we travel all over Victoria. From Geelong to Gippsland and beyond, if the roads go there, we probably do too.
As soon as you can. We book out quickly, especially on Fridays and Saturdays. Ideally, secure your date 2–6 months ahead.
We specialise in fresh, modern Mexican street food. Depending on the package, your guests can enjoy: Tacos with your choice of grilled chicken, premium beef, sautéed beans, or pan-fried fish, Burrito bowls loaded with salad, guac, beans, and protein, Cheesy quesadillas, Mexican-style sweet corn, Tortilla chips with house-made guacamole, salsa, sour cream, and chipotle.
Yes. All our savoury food is gluten-free, and we happily cater for: Vegan & Vegetarian, Dairy-Free, Nut-Free, Egg-Free, Seafood-Free, Soy-Free, Halal, Low-Carb or Keto. Just let us know your group’s requirements when booking.
Absolutely! Whether you want to add extra proteins, include dessert, or create a tailored package, we can make it happen.
Yes! Add dessert to any package to extend your service time and treat your guests. Choose from: Churros: Freshly fried, dusted with cinnamon sugar, and served with chocolate and salted caramel sauces. Artisan Gelato: Local, small-batch, served in cups or cones (vegan and gluten-free options available). Choc Tops: Classic ice cream dipped in chocolate with seasonal flavours. Dessert adds an extra 30 minutes to your service.
Head to our booking form. We’ll reply with a quote and confirm availability. Lock in your date with a $1,000 deposit. Confirm final guest numbers one week out. We show up, serve amazing food, and clean up after. It’s that simple.
All packages include: Staff to prep, cook, and serve. Setup and pack-down. Plates, cutlery, napkins, and serving gear. Travel (fees may apply for long distances). Unlimited food service for the package duration.
Basic Unlimited Package: 90 minutes. Premium Unlimited Package: 2 hours. Ultimate Unlimited Package (with dessert included): 3 hours. Additional time can be added if needed.
We need access to a single standard powerpoint, but can also run self-sufficiently if absolutely necessary. Let us know what your site offers.
Just a flat, accessible space for a large van. We don’t need kitchen facilities, tables, or extra support, everything happens inside the truck.
We arrive about 45 minutes before service to set up and stay 15–30 minutes after to clean down.
A $1,000 deposit locks in your event. Final balance is due 4 weeks before your booking date.
Yes, just finalise numbers 7 days before the event. That’s when we lock in food quantities and prep.
You can reschedule your event once if needed, subject to availability. We don’t offer refunds on confirmed bookings.
Yes. We’ve catered events for 1000+ guests, including festivals, corporate activations, and university open days. We’re experienced, fast, and scalable.
Yes. We have full public liability insurance and comply with all council, safety, and food handling requirements.
