André's culinary journey began at a young age, inspired by watching his grandma and mother cook. He honed his skills with a Diploma of Hospitality from Sydney Business and Travel Academy and a Degree in Gastronomy from Anhembi Morumbi University. André has served as Executive Chef at Barbicrew Brazilian BBQ Catering, known for its exceptional catering events, and Head Chef at Henrys in Cronulla and Neutral Bay, where he earned the prestigious Hat Award from the Australian Good Food Guide (AGFG).
