Nope, we stick to drinks! But don’t worry – food vans are always welcome to join the party.

Unfortunately, we don’t serve tea or coffee, as Adoring Alice isn’t set up for a coffee machine.

Yes, we need power and water to operate smoothly. If power isn’t available, we can supply a generator for an extra cost.

Great question! We can help you figure out the right amount so your guests never go thirsty. When in doubt, it’s better to have a little extra than to run out – no one likes a dry bar!

For events with more than 60 guests, we strongly recommend hiring a coolroom to keep beverages chilled. While we do have a wine fridge and ice buckets, they can’t store all your drinks. A coolroom ensures your guests are served cold drinks and helps our team restock quickly, keeping your event running smoothly.For the Passion Popper package, a coolroom is required, and we ask that all drinks are chilled prior to our arrival. We’re happy to help organise a coolroom, which is included in our Champagne Shower package.

Adoring Alice can certainly offer this service, though we find that people typically love to meet us at the caravan bar! If table service is something you would like, we can provide an additional staff member to roam your event if desired. We still take care of any clearing of empty bottles and glasses around the venue as part of our packages.

We provide a range of glassware including wine glasses (red and white), flutes, tumblers, and stemless glasses for cocktails and spirits. Beer and cider are served in bottles or cans, depending on your preference.

Accidents happen and sometimes they can be the sign of a great party! We charge a $200 bond for glassware with breakages/loss charged at $2 per glass and deducted from the bond. The remainder of your bond will be refunded within 7 business days after your event.

We encourage the party to kick-on!We’ll clean and clear the bar area and leave any leftover drinks in the coolroom or a nominated spot. We can also set up a self-service bar station so your guests can continue enjoying drinks.Depending on your package, you may need to provide tubs, eskies, a table, and some disposable cups so we can transfer drinks from the bar to the self-service station.

Rubbish disposal is the responsibility of the host. We can offer advice on how to manage bins and recycling if needed.

We love a road trip and are happy to travel across the state and interstate.Additional travel charges and accommodation fees may apply.

Of course – we’ve got you (and ourselves) covered! We can provide evidence of this with each booking.

We will ask for a 30% deposit at the time of your booking. All payment will be due 30 days prior to your event.

Deposits are non-refundable, but once that date is booked it’s yours and yours only. If you need to cancel within 60 days of the event, the full booking fee will be charged.
